Do you want to know how important your Brain Health is?

About the Brain Health Board

The Brain Health Board was originally created by Paul Spence, founder of P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery, based on his own lived experience following a brain injury. During his recovery, Paul faced many challenges and discovered that focusing on key areas—such as sleep, nutrition, routine, communication, exercise, mindfulness, and having a sense of purpose—greatly supported his mental health and overall well-being.

These practical, real-life strategies proved so effective that we began promoting them at the charity to support the recovery of our service users. As its impact grew, the Brain Health Board evolved into a powerful well-being tool for everyone, not just those recovering from brain injury.

Promoting Brain Health to Pupils and Young People

Today, the Brain Health Board is being used in schools and colleges to help children and young people understand how to care for their brains, with support from teachers and education professionals.
