I’ve taken part in the P.A.U.L 10K for the past 3 years. It’s a really good atmosphere and great team moral throughout the course.
I wanted to fundraise and raise awareness of the charity as a way of thanking them for supporting Will on his road to recovery.
Bec was a first-time runner who had become aware of the charity after the support we provided to a family member who had suffered from a stroke.
About the 2025 10K Charity Run
2025 will mark the 13th P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery 10K Charity Fun Run with the event taking place on Sunday 20th April 2025. Kindly sponsored by Active Humber, Andrews Joinery, and Simpatico.
The route
The 10K is a single loop circuit run, undulating throughout, starting at Bilton Village Hall heading towards Gangstead, going north towards Swine and looping around Swine back towards Bilton, finishing at Morrison’s and Wendy’s Restaurant, Bilton.
A real sense of community
Our 10K Charity Run always has a real sense of community and is a fabulous event. We would love to see you down at the starting line.
