Presenting Neuro Ward 4/40 with £17,000

I had been collecting the sponsor money from the Half Marathon event. We had raised a massive £17,000 for neurosurgical ward 4/40. This was really special as I knew where that money was going and the people it would help.

Truly exceptional support from family/friends. I felt blessed and full of gratitude.

I organised to present the cheque to staff on the ward. I was looking forward more to returning than when I left. I had come a long way since Easter 2012.
