Join us for our fun and relaxed 10K Charity Run and help support the services we deliver to people and families affected by Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)

The clock is counting down to the annual ‘P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery’ annual 10K Charity Run, held on Sunday 31st March, at Bilton, East Yorkshire, and the surrounding areas.

Now in its 12th year, this event brings people together in a relaxed and fun atmosphere and continues to go from strength to strength. Since 2012, over 1,500 participants have raised an amazing £100K+ for our charity.

P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery 10K Charity Run 2013

The course is a scenic 10K single-loop circuit, starting at Bilton Village Hall, heading towards Gangstead, then north towards Swine, looping around Swine, and then back towards Bilton, finishing at Papas Fish & Chip Restaurant, Bilton.

Paul Spence, Founder & CEO of P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery comments “Although our 10 Km Charity Run is in its 12th year, it remains extremely humbling to witness so many people pounding the streets on a Sunday morning, on their day off to help raise awareness and funds for our great charity”.

Paul continues “I’m thrilled by the number of sign-ups we’ve received so far, with almost 140 people already confirmed to take part. Without fundraising events and initiatives like these, our team wouldn’t be able to create and deliver crucial recovery services to people and families affected by brain injury. There are numerous reasons why people continue to support our great charity, and for that, we are extremely grateful.”
